El 75% de la mortalidad total en adultos en Latinoam\u00e9rica es secundaria a enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas no transmisibles. En M\u00e9xico, en la poblaci\u00f3n entre 20 y 69 a\u00f1os, hay m\u00e1s de 17 millones de hipertensos, m\u00e1s de 14 millones de dislipid\u00e9micos, m\u00e1s de 6 millones de diab\u00e9ticos, m\u00e1s de 35 millones de adultos con sobrepeso u obesidad y m\u00e1s de 15 millones con grados variables de tabaquismo.<\/p>\n

La cardiolog\u00eda, si quiere ir a la vanguardia no puede, ni debe, estar ajena a esta vor\u00e1gine del conocimiento. Por ello, la educaci\u00f3n Cardiol\u00f3gica en M\u00e9xico debe ser constantemente reforzada y actualizada, que evite a corto plazo que nos veamos envueltos e incluso superados por una tecnolog\u00eda sin fundamento biom\u00e9dico y de juicio cl\u00ednico.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, nosotros pensamos que la ense\u00f1anza de la Cardiolog\u00eda en M\u00e9xico, debe ser integrada a un profundo conocimiento epidemiol\u00f3gico, estad\u00edstico, fisiopatol\u00f3gico y terap\u00e9utico, con una adecuada integraci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica como parte fundamental de la preparaci\u00f3n del Cardi\u00f3logo del Siglo XXI.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.19.1″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n

Actualmente es una SEDE certificada por el CONSEJO MEXICANO DE CARDIOLOG\u00cdA en la especialidad de cardiolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica y ecocardiograf\u00eda en adultos<\/h3>\n
